Pioneer Vineyard High in the hills surrounding the Barossa Valley lies Pewsey Vale, Eden Valley's first vineyard. Its founder, Englishman Joseph Gilbert, arrived in South Australia after seeing an advertisement in the London Times announcing the vessel, The Buckinghamshire's imminent departure for the colony. • Pewsey Vale Vineyard Riesling Eden Valley the Contours Museum Reserve 2004

Special very dry aged reisling. First one that I have had like it, so therefore the high marks. This reisling made from Yalumba's best fruit in the Eden Valley. During the aging this bone dry high mineral wine develops honey and brioche like overtones like some vintage champagnes. Read More

  • Pewsey Vale Vineyard Riesling Eden Valley Dry Riesling 2008

I just had a (cheese) fondue party where I used this as the base, and in the glass-- Ideal! If you can't find a Fendant at your local wine shop ( ha ha!), you'd b... Read More
