Freixenet - Cava
Freixenet is one of the most renowned and largest cava houses in Spain, similar in quality, size and importance to France's Moet & Chandon. Since 1861, Freixenet's cavas have been made in the classic méthode champenoise tradition, a difficult and lengthy process, but worth the effort to produce those beautiful tiny bubbles.
