I'm enjoying Winking Owl Chardonnay right now. Taste is very good for a sub-$5 wine. Lots of fruit flavors with hint of wood barrel vintage. I am a "two buck chuck" fan and think Winking Owl Chardonnay is better. It also rivals Woodbridge Chardonnay.Thanks. merry Christmas and God Bless. JMC

Bought a few bottles for Thanksgiving. Family is not that much along the lines of wine drinkers. So many open bottles and none often are finished. It always seems kind of a waste to have several bottles half empty. So this year I picked up a few bottles from Aldis. The Shiraz was very pleasing. It had a great bouquet and while being fairly ...

I am 75 + and a home brewer of mostly beer. I am very impressed with Winking Owl wines I purchase at the local Aldi's market. I have been given expensive wines from friends but none are smooth as Winking Owl.

Hello we enjoy the wine. Could you please use real boxes. Just had 6 bottles go from car to the ground and subsequently the storm sewer. The box just fell apart!!!! Bill Baker NC

I know everyone dose not share our indulgence, but I think its better then some Bell with our names and the date. Is this a good idea? Can anyone recommend a good "cheap" 3-6 dollars a btl? I would buy by the case.I don't think I wou... Read More
CHEAP bottle of wine! and by that i mean inexpensive. this is honestly one of my very favorites though. started drinking it for the price tag, but stands up to much pricier bottles. it's a crisp, refreshing chardonnay. not oaky, and that's the way i like it. Read More
sweet berry on the nose, red licorice with spiciness and a soft oak on the tongue. I liked it! Not bad for Aldi's! Read More
Light, transparent ruby color, has a nose of sweet berry, very reminiscent of a white zin, very light texture in the mouth, with light berry, slightly dryer than a white zin, oak was very weak. Okay for a beginner wine drinker. Read More
Headache/ Cheap ??? Maybe it's not the wine, but the person tasting it --- perhaps YOUR the weak one! We like it. Yellow Tail was once under $5.00, until it gained attention, now it is a wonderful/popular wine. Read More
