Fife Vineyards is a small, family-operated winery producing wines that express their terroir and a European sensibility. They are food-friendly wines based on red Bordeaux, Rhône and Zinfandel varietals. A very interesting wine that is bone dry and a bit tannic. Let it breathe for a while, as the fruit opens up (cherry/berry) and the tannins settle.
