Fresh, crisp,lots of fruity notes - think very ripe red apple, apricot, a little wild strawberry, as well as a some mineral notes on the nose. On the palate this wine is amazingly round and balanced and very pure. Again one notes the awesome mineralty, some stewed apple and apricot flavours, and a a nutty finish (hazelnut,pecan and toasted walnut).
