A: The Cellar is Snooth's e-commerce marketplace.

Q: Do you sell wine?

A: No, believe it or not! But we do offer wines through our partners. We are a marketplace of wines, wine lifestyle experiences and accessories. We're excited to be able to bring you more options at better prices.

About the Wines

Q: How good are the wines?

A: Very good! We taste and review all of the wines we offer through our flash sale program. We've tasted thousands of wines so when we put an offer up we're pretty sure how it stacks up against the other wines out there.

Shipping Information

Q: If you are not selling the wines, who is?

A: Wines are sold by our winery and retail partners. On each individual offer, it will clearly state who the merchant of record is. We have a relationship with all of our sellers and we can vouch for the authenticity of their wine program. As we've always done, Snooth helps connect you with great wines and wine merchants.

Q: What states can you ship to?

A: This will be determined by the offer and will be clearly stated on the offer page. We strongly recommend you set your shipping state in your Snooth account section. We try whenever possible not to send you an offer you can't take advantage of.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: If you order a few bottles our partners will be able to ship the wines to you for free. It will clearly state on the offer how many bottles you need to buy for free shipping. If you order fewer bottles then you will pay a flat rate for shipping of $15. You will have the opportunity to add more wines to your order to get free shipping -- we'd rather see you get more wine than pay for shipping!

Q: When will I receive my wines?

A: Generally, your wine will be shipped within 4-6 business days.

After an order is placed we securely transmit the shipping details to the merchant. They will prepare your order and ship it, at which point they provide a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Time to receive your order will depend on the order, the time of year and the merchant.

At times, merchants will hold shipment of wines when there is a particularly bad weather system or they fear the quality of your wines might suffer in any way from being shipped immediately. In these cases, it may take a few extra days before your order is shipped and you receive a tracking number.

You can request an update on the shipping status of your order directly from the order history page. Use the link to "Check Shipping Status" next to the order in question and the merchant will receive an email with your comments.

A: If you are unhappy with the wine, contact us and we will provide a suitable replacement that you approve of or a refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Q: How soon can I expect an answer if I contact you?

A: Our on-call hours are 5AM-9PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. During those times we have dedicated staff on hand to answer your inquiries and you should hear back from us within an two hours. Outside of those times it may take longer for us to respond.

Every request is tracked and we will absolutely get back to you. We'll make sure your request is handled promptly and to your satisfaction.
