Google is expected to launch a seamless self-sharing feature

Google

You will be able to share files with yourself for the first time. You don’t need to email yourself any longer.

Google has updated its Nearby Share feature and added the ability to communicate with other devices via Chromium Gerrit, according to Chrome Gerrit. The Self Share functionality will be integrated into Nearby Share and is anticipated to become available soon.

Share files, music, videos, and other things with Nearby Share. Nearby Share works similarly to Apple’s AirDrop function. Self Share, on the other hand, will focus on file transfers between your own devices without the need for wires or online services.
