So wonderfully drinkable, as my friend Allison would say. Smooth from beginning to end, excellent mineral notes, the barest amount of sweetness - like an almost ripe pear - somewhere in the middle. The wine has a typical taste of minerals. The bouquet reminds on apricots and peaches. Its a transparent and well structure wine. The Riesling is very fruity and easy to drink. This Riesling is an ideal partner for smoked starters, fried fish and all kinds of baked meals. Read More
