Pours a bright, clear golden color. Very light fragrance on the nose. Some aromas of apples, pears and minerals. Starts off with a sweet taste of green apples. The 2010 Dr. L from Loosen has nice acid but limited fruit when compared with a nice Kabinett. Although it ispretty good for a QbA. Residual sugar seems to be about 1% , so it is on the drier side. . A small amount of tartrate crystals were found which is a good sign, especially in a QbA. Read More
