Persisten bubbles, intense. A little expensive for this brut. Nothing exceptionnal. Some smaller vineyard has developped products that are a lot more interesting at lower price.

Clean and crisp with a lemony character. Not biting unlike some other champagnes, the yellow label is very drinkable. Smooth with soft biscuit notes on the finish.
Tried along with the '88 Brut Blanc. This wine, while still rich and powerful, was much softer than the blanc, with flavors of redcurrants and a smooth, creamy feel.

Starting at $110.59 Snoothrank: 3.5/5Has a fantastic nose of armagnac and brandy - really intense and intriguing. This is a powerful wine. Very crisp, clean and tart, with lemon flavors and a really racy finish. Very nice.
