Valley of the Moon Winery has been in operation longer than any other winery in the Glen Ellen area. The stone structures themselves date back to 1863, and have great historial significance. In 1997 the winery was transformed into a contemporary winemaking facility; still the original heritage was preserved. Valley of the Moon Winery, as it exsists today, is a testament to both vision and rebirth. The history and old walls remain, but the technology and styling is resolutely modern. This harmonious marriage of past and present provides the perfect environment to craft world-class wines. www.valleyofthemoonwinery.com
