An unusual and unpleasant bouquet, a cross between pencil shavings, armpit and barnyard. Sweet, bitter and acrid with a bit of burning tire to balance it out. Guess I'll use this one for cooking. Read More

This is a really thin bodied, sharp, metallic tart wine. Very acidic. The bouquet straddles the borderline between pineapple and vomit, with a hint of jute. I prefer a more floral, green apple taste. This wine is o.k. if you decide to make white sangria and bump up the taste with some green grapes, a hint of lime, kiwis, and a hint of honey. Read More
