Lots of cranberry and sour cherry. the 10% Cabernet gives some muscle to a usually thin varietal. Even though it's pretty young it still drinks very well right now. Great pairing for a meaty pasta sauce.

Paired this one with shrimp pasta alfredo. this wine is actually pretty salty and combats the heaping amounts of sodium inherent in Alfredo sauce.
