I was not a big "shiraz" fan....then I tried this wine. All I can say is WOW!! Amazing wine. Very rich, blackberry, licorice, dark chocolate on the nose. I did not like this much, although it does have a 92 WA rating. First of all, it had a nose of sour cherries, petroleum, and reminded me of the cheap in-flight tiny bottles of wine.
