This was a lovely wine. On the nose it wasnt too strong. Slight hint of jam, a subtle sweetness which carried through on the palate. I had a bottle of the 2006 Explorateur Shriaz. I paid $30 at Total Wines and the person said this taste like at $60 bottle. He was wrong. I've had $125 bottles and they weren't close to how smooth this was. I'm going to order a case!
