Summerwood Winery produces small lots of ultra-premium wines available exclusively from our Westside Paso Robles estate. Set amidst the majestic oaks and rolling vineyards of the Westside, the winery is a gracious and comfortable haven to enjoy the fruits of the harvest. At Summerwood we believe winemaking begins in the vineyard. Summerwood varietals are kept in balance with high-density plantings, minimal irrigation and reduced crop loads, maximizing varietal character and intensity. To sustain health at the core of the vineyard and soil, Summerwood utilizes cover crops, compost and beneficial insect habitats. With each vintage our goal is to make the best wine possible. – Description from Dragac
