Grassy, nettley notes on nose, touch of sweetcorn, dry, high acidity, light bodied, citrus, spoilt by slightly hot, bitter finish. Still , being English it could form part of a lovely tradition - fish 'n chips in paper on the seafront -the acidity would cut though the fat like vinegar! Read More
