    This is really phenomenal. Unlike any other NZ SB I've tried. Not herbaceous in the least. Tastes like a French SB. This has passionfruit on the nose, incredible acidity, and just a hint of sugar to balance the acidity. The finish is extremely long and enjoyable. Very crisp.
