Rich in tradition, St. Clair and Southern New Mexico share a common heritage in winemaking. As America’s oldest wine producing region, New Mexico has the ideal climate and soil needed for growing quality grapes. These conditions, combined with New Mexico’s largest, most state-of-the-art winery, have resulted in the creation of numerous award-winning wines. Established in 1984, St. Clair’s traditions are preserved by my brother and me, carrying on our family’s six-generation history of winemaking. Just like New Mexico’s first vintners, our goal is to produce great wines for your enjoyment in the company of friends and family. – Description from dgonzales

  • It’s a great thing when things just come together. Earlier this year I had planned a trip to California to do some tasting but it had to be postponed. When I went to reschedule I noticed a thread in the Snooth Forum  that was looking for people to join in a West Coast Pinot Noir Throw Down. I wasn’t sure what exactly that entailed but I am alway... I live in the Pacific Northwest so the Pinot Noir's are readily available due to the large varieties from Oregon. Before I embark on purchasing some different brands I would l... Read More

I rarely ever give 5 glasses as a rating bc I feel you have to have room for improvement. However, with that being said this wine has a great taste that I wouldn't change. Read More

I'm not much for a sweet wine... but this one is good enough to write a quick note. It's not so sweet that it sticks to the mouth - it's smooth and has just the right amount of finish. My dad even liked one... I'll keep bottle on hand just for those who don't care for dry stuff. Read More
