  Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc 26a-2 2007

  Been into Sauv Blanc lately because it is getting pretty hot in my apt in Brooklyn. I have moved onto my fire escape and onto some whites for some good times.This wine has really powerful nose with mango, grassy, orange peel tones. Very full flavor on the palate.

Sauv Blanc from New Zealand (Spy Valley), something red from Chile or Argentina (Cono Sur) and something from South Africa (Leopard Frog). I would also recommend at least two whites and two reds from France. No wine list is complete without selections from France. Louis Jadot should be easily accessible from the LCBO. Are you only restricted to wines available through the LCBO?    (hide)
