The wines are produced to reflect the signature grapes of their regions. They include a Napa Valley Cabernet, North Coast Chardonnay, Sonoma Chardonnay and Paso Robles Syrah among others.

Shiloh Road Merlot (2010) was not impressive. Despite the rating Wilfred Wong gives it, (88pts) and his description, our wine club included it in our tasting of 5 Merlots.
