Established: 1995 Owners: Rob Thomas and Kate Thomas Vineyards: 6.5 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Pinot Noir Philosophy: Tune into nature, go with the natural ebb and flow of life. Red wines best reflect the complexity of life as they are built in layers, much like experiences and relationships. Seasonal Hours: Saturdays in April 12-5 pm, Friday through Sunday starting April 24, through the month of September. 12-5pm. Thursday through Monday, July through September 12-5pm. Fridays 12-5pm in October. Your Visit: Spending time with our customers in our relaxed atmosphere is a must. Groups of 8+ are highly discouraged. We appreciate your respecting this. Rob and Kate moved to the Finger Lakes area in the late 1970's and began a life long journey into the world of wine. They purchased 13½ acres on the east side of Seneca Lake in the early 80's.
