See Ya Later Ranch is located outside of the town of Okanagan Falls, British Columbia in an atmosphere of old world timelessness. The winery’s tasting room and wine shop are housed in the estate’s well-restored, heritage stone home, which dates back to the early 1900s. A patio offers visitors a place to relax while taking in the spectacular view. The wine shop and tasting room are open year-round, and tours of the winery are offered May to October. The winery produces premium wines that include Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Meritage, Syrah, Semillon, Ehrenfelser Icewine, and a classical method Brut. – Description from jshan0113

  • See Ya Later Ranch Unleashed Gewurztraminer 2011

This wine has a huge perfumed nose: white flowers, peach, and lychee fruit. On the palate there is more fruit - peach and ripe pineapple, along with some vanilla notes. The acidity is quite subdued. Fuller bodied than expected. Great length. Read More

Previous editions of this Syrah-based wine have impressed, and this vintage is also good. Mushrooms, oak, raw cured bacon and a touch of cherry dominate the nose. A smokey, warm, slightly acerbic taste of cured meat and plum greet the palate and sits in the mouth for what be classified as a medium finish. Good quality, but less balance with ce... Read More

Extremely ebullient mousse - almost churning in the glass. Scent of toasted butter (brioche), pear, green apple and vanilla with a similar profile on entry. Clean, slightly bitter almond finish. Not quite as good as in prior years, but a very good Champagne-style wine made from traditional French varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and P... Read More
