This was not typical petite sirah from Lodi. I opened it to have with lamb, as I like the fat-peeling tannins of PS with that meat. Maybe because it was a 375ml it was too old, or it was kept too warm. Whatever the case, tart, raisiny and over. Renwood generally produces good zins, but be careful. The 750s might still be OK, but this wasn't a good bottle. Read More
