Very steely, with a dry mineral flavor. Hints of peaches and a herbal almost thyme nuance. Very granitic with a finish a little tequila-esque (limes and salt)

Very nice delicately sweet wine. Well balanced with acidity, which keeps it lively. Good mineral core, overlayed with sweet peach and honey melon flavors.
