We love to fish, golf and cook. We drink wines produced globally. We have a 13 year old cat named Niblick. Enough about us. We could certainly talk story about ourselves and embellish it with tremendous amounts of fluff but for those of you who know us and those who may in the future meet us, that is the antithesis of who and what we are. That which we feel to be most important 'about us' is reflected in that bottle of Rulo wine you have poured into your glass. – Description from iskicm

  • I get so caught up in work that I often neglect to check in here. I'm apologizing about that!  I'm back afer a few weeks in New Zealand, which sucks up all my time not only during the trip but for the weeks prior and, as it looks, most of the week after my return. Before you ask, new Zealand was great. A young wine industry but one that has made... Read More

  • Rulo Syrah Columbia Valley 2007

    Snoothrank:

Big Syrah from a great vintage in Washington, offering fantastic value. Still drinking very young but with decanting this wine is delicious! Great jammy fruit with clove and pumpkin spices coming though nicely, balanced but not overdone by tannins even at it's young age. Has great cellaring potential, looking forward to see how this wine evolves. Read More
