Roscato Rosso Dolce is a blush wine produced in the Moscato d’Asti style, with residual sugars giving it an off-dry finish. Instead of the Moscato (Muscat Blanc) grape, it is produced with the red Italian Trentino-Alto Adige grapes Teroldego, Lagrein, and Croatina. This sparkling “blush” wine has been popularized at Olive Garden restaurants, but is also available from select retailers.

    Snoothrank:

This is a very good wine. Typically, I do not drink sweet wines; however, this is a nice blend of red wine flavor with the finish of the dessert wine; mascoto. It was a great compromise for my significant other and myself for a nice Italian dinner. Read More

I spoke to the management staff at Olive Garden and they said that once they introduce a new wine that it takes about 2 years before it is available to the general public. I wonder why east coast liquor stores are able to sell it but not here in the midwest or west. Read More
