Robert Sinskey's tasting room is a must-visit. Each wine is expertly paired with a delicious, high-quality viand: think local olives, garlicky puff pastry, and cheese. Robert Sinskey's son, Rob, runs the winery with his wife - who happens to be a a chef. She oversees the food pairing program at the winery. If you are lucky, you will see one of both of Rob Sinkskey's family dogs meandering around the tasting room. Don't worry, they are friendly! The accessible, laid-back staff has a farm country vibe with an urban edge -- the best of Napa and Sonoma, embodied in a single tasting room. It's worth the trip. Besides, this is one of the few tasting rooms in Napa that provides food bites with your tasting!
