Five Star bold, smooth, elegant and alive on the palate as well as the nose. This well balanced complex wine was opened last month as a 65th birthday gift. The best wine that has ever crossed my palate. Does anyone have another bottle or two. I still taste the cherry, berry, light tobacco and chili that were so beautifully balanced in this wine. We loved how intimate this winery was, to be honest we fell upon it accidently. The 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon was a treat, full of flavor – berry, chocolate and spice. Can’t wait to go back and stock up on their port, produced in small batches each year this is a great addition to any cellar.
