Quady Winery founded in 1975 by Andrew and Laurel Quady produces dessert and aperitif wines. Essensia and Elysium are lightly fortified dessert wines from the Orange and Black Muscat varieties. Electra and Red Electra, only 4 and 5% alcohol, are refreshing “picnic wines”. Starboard is a “port”, made in two styles: vintage and vintage character. Vya is a vermouth aperitif and Deviation an aromatized after dinner wine. Palomino Fino is an amontillado “sherry” type.

Honestly, as enjoyable than a fine wine. Have it on the rocks. Orange peels and spice. If making a manhattan, use it sparingly. Makes a terrific manhattan with Bulliet 95 "Small Batch" Rye ($25) ....10 to 1 ratio. This vermouth is the best $20 a smooth visitor will ever spend since the bottle will give you several nights of enjoyment. Read More

Garnet-cherry colour with medium intensity. Red tree fruit, specially ripe cherry and plum on the nose. A well balanced dessert wine with sufficient acidity to balance the sugar. Luscious red fruit on the palate and a lingering finish. Read More
