Best of both worlds (old and new). It's fruity but also spicy. The sweet and buttery vanilla flavors are balanced with astringent bitter orange and very mild anise. It's not subtle but I wouldn't call it shallow. I'm drinking it with a pork tenderloin, vidalia onion and porcini pasta and it's a great match. Read More
