minerals and caramel make a strange fascinating pairing. well contained acid. this is a great pairing for thai food. A little expensive for me though.
nose of cedar chips. major fuji apple notes with standard dessert wine honey. it's like rosh hashana. evervescent. sweet and fruity without being too dessert-y.

Great dry riesling. Perfect with grilled tuna, or asian/ latin fusion foods.
Flavors of citrus and apple on the nose. Crips apple with nice acidity on the palete. Dry Riesling.
