Ovene Winery produces World Class Central Coast Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our first release is a Rose of Syrah. This wine is reminiscent of the great Roses of Provence and Bandol on the French Riviera. Our Rose of Syrah is a complex blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, and a touch of Muscat. It is best served chilled and enjoyed on a hot summer afternoon, at festive barbeques, or at the beach with friends. Winemaking is a convergence of Nature, Art, and Science. Mother Nature gives us the weather for the vintage which defines the character of the fruit. The best vineyards are sourced, the lots carefully sorted, and the grapes become wine with loving care. State of the Art equipment is used to process the wine which is aged in French and American oak barrels. The Winemakers craft is putting the pieces of the puzzle together.
