Crisp and refreshing with balanced acid and slightly sweet. Fruity and earthy (or herbaceous) on the nose and mouth. A great change from California whites. Goes well with most light food, fish, or light desserts. Also see Acohn's review.

Excellent Sauvignon Blanc. Can be found at reasonable prices still. Citrus flavors zip across your pallate (grapefuit/lemon). Soft finish. Refreshing enough to drink alone or with a light meal.
