Excellent wine to settle back with a good book. Great price for such a good wine as I stumbled across it in Costco.
Opens up with riped red fruits with defined oak and some spicies. Doesn't quite have enough earthiness and minerality on the palate as I expect from an 8yr-old bottle of "tempranillo."
