Leather, with cherry and anise on the nose. Medium attack. Very nice and fruity with flavors of plums and blackcurrant. A wine with good body and drying tannins on the finish.

I was surprised by this wine. Wine.com included their opinion of this wine as a complex, full bodied wine. I did not feel that was the case.
