  • Robert Mondavi Winery Napa Valley Chardonnay 2012

    Snoothrank:

Clean, clear and well made, this wine is a classic expression of Chardonnay. Peach, apricot and cream aromas are medium in their intensity. The palate opens up bold and inviting, with powerful white grape and peach flavors, a good dose of fresh acidity to drive the palate, and a finish of bold fruit and creamy oak. Read More

  • Yep. But that's where Gallo always made their money. In the 1950s, lots of ... customers were winos. It was Mondavi who pushed wine upscale in the US. Gallo has been very smart in that they never forgot where their cash came from. Some of those wines are quite drinkable, at least as good as what you're likely to get in many a cafe in Europe. T... • I love the RM Cabs for everyday drinkers. All of them are full without being too big for my non-cab friends. All vintages go great with filet or burgers and the price point is usually sub $20. The special reserve cab is my fav.
