    Opens with a light mineral nose that gives way to some surprisingly strong floral tones. Its very mineral, but not as crisp as i would have expected. Finishes on minerals and spice. Its really a Sancerre for people who want something sweeter and more floral than most. Had with scallops, oysters but works with any fish. Read More
