I had the 2002 vintage on 30 Jan 2011. It had been in my cellar since June 2007. Just enjoyed it at first, and then really strted to like it as it opened up. Needs to be left out for a bit after opening, no doubt. Without doing so, the fruitiness is completely lost to a rather bitter, sharp and spicy taste. Leaving it for a while brings out the softness, strawberry, raspberry, huge amounts of vanilla and and a slight cigar to it. Read More
