kwv roodeberg - sa cab that is excellent at $10.99 man pinotage - another sa cab for about $7.99 mirrasou - another sa, cab or pinot are both very drinkable at $7.99 i'm also a fan of the mark west pinot that has been mentioned a couple of times.

Great value under $10. Slight fruitiness and easy to drink. You can buy this at Vons or Ralphs supermarkets in California.
