Daniel Pambianchi, President and General Manager of
Cadenza Wines Inc.*, has been involved in home winemaking for many years crafting many different styles of wine including traditional method sparkling wine. He is the author of Techniques in Home Winemaking: The Comprehensive Guide to Making Château-Style Wines (Véhicule Press, 2008), and is also a contributing author to WineMaker magazine as well as serving as Technical Editor.
