Lou Preston on Snooth

  • Dinner was a really interesting fish dish with an olive sauce.  I ... ... with Madame Preston, from Lou Preston's place up on Dry Creek.  His Zin is just okay and certainly overpriced IMO compared to Rockpile, Talty, and some others, but this wine, a Marsanne/Roussane/Viognier blend, is really good.  I really like it with oysters, but it's wha...
