1956 - The entire vineyard was hit by frost. The vines were replaced by other crops for several years.
1981 - Replanting of vines in front of the château by Mr Prud’homme (8 hectares).
1987 - Purchase of new plots and extension of the vineyard in the gravely soils of Avensan (10 hectares) by Mr and Mrs Thieblot.
1990 - A year marked by the planting of 3.5 hectares by Mrs Lenotre (wife of the famous Paris pastry cook, Gaston Lenotre). Arrival of the current vineyard manager, Didier Chiarami.
1992 - Purchase of 1.7 hectares of vines in the Margaux appellation in the commune of Soussans. Maintenance of traditional tillage of these plots.
1994 - Progressive grassing of the entire Haut-Médoc vineyard. Start of integrated crop management with the elimination of acaricide treatments.
1998 - Purchase of the property by the current owner. Pulling up and replanting of vines in the Margaux appellation (20 ares).
