Leidenfrost Vineyards is found in the heart of the Finger Lakes in New York State on the southeastern shore of Seneca Lake, an ideal microclimate to grow premium wine grapes. Our old established vineyards consist of 12 varieties of grapes, both Vinifera and Labrusca , that provide a broad palette for over 16 wines. Founded in 1990, Leidenfrost Vineyards was one of the first Finger Lakes wineries to feature a broad spectrum of red wines, including Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Baco Noir. We also produce great Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Cayuga White, Catawba and Niagara wines. From vineyard to tasting room our wines are created to please the most discriminating palate. Our tasting room staff is dedicated to providing a unique experience of our wines. We invite you to a tasteful experience in our beautiful timber frame tasting room overlooking beautiful Seneca Lake. – Description from dvoristanac
