  I have a few favourite wineries on the Niagara Peninsula in Ontario but haven't ... Estate - Stratus - Le Cos Jordanne Any others? I'm thinking I might visit Peller or Inniskillin to see if the big Canadian producers are making anything special.

On the palate there are aroma replays from the fruit and all this is balanced by a bright stream of natural acidity and a hint of tight grained low toast french oak... On the palate there are aroma replays from the fruit and all this is balanced by a bright stream of natural acidity and a hint of tight grained low toast french oak barrel. The finish lingers around and I expect this wine to linger around in your cellar for quite some time before it is at it's peak, minimum of five to seven years.    (hide)
