I have to say that Laurent-Perrier is simply not my style of Champagne. It is very light and crisp but lacks the fruity flavour that I enjoy in other non-vintage champagnes such as Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial and Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut Yellow Label.
