Pours a very subtle salmon pink colour but with fine bubbles. The taste is sweet initially before a slight sour kick comes in and the flavour (although not that flavousome if truth be told) of biscuit and nuts. Not a bad...

Very biscuit-y nose. Very nutty and biscuit-y throughout - peaches and soft fruits. Moderate level of sugar keeps it very soft, and reins in the good acidity. Still retains its crisp finish, yet isnt as searing as many....
