La Terre are inexpensive wines produced in California that have developed a following through sale in restaurants. The name translates to “the earth,” although these wines are known for their fruity styles of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and White Zinfandel. This is a private label brand with no other known winery information other than it is owned by a Vietnamese wholesaler.– Description from Amanda Schuster
This is the house wine at the Staybridge Suites where I often stay on business, an I enjoy it at the daily happy hour! A nice little merlot, fairly dry, but lighter and more fruit forward than a typical merlot

And that Trump wine--honestly, you should have avoided that when the Kluges owned it, too.Okay, enough politics. Been mea... Read More

Most of the mention here is pretty generic, and doesn't get down to any level of detail.Would like to suggest we take up the subject of wines from this grape with better focus. Where is good, who makes the goo... Read More
