For starters, you left out Korbel in Guerneville, CA which has been around since 1882. Their "Natural" label Champagne (not easy to find) is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in the Russian River Valley and...
Korbel makes 1.3M cases, but practices sustainable farming and even has a new line of Organic products. This wine has great bubbles and a softly sweet buscuit flavor. A very soft and smooth finish with a nice rich mid-palate.
