Inviting nose of sweet vanilla, mint/forest, hints of earth, leather, red fruit (cherry berry). Heavy on the tonque, nice acid, with lip-smacking, deep, and notably sour fruit (raspberry, red currant, and cherry) starting on the attack and continuing through the mid-palate and finish. I tried this one and it rocks!!!...definitely makes my top ten list...for me a top pick merlot means that it is great for sipping and great with a variety of foods. this one held up to both standards: was great on its own and also fantastic with a wide variety of tapas...loved it! Read More
